Anytist Community terms of service, version 2006-06-21
This text is an agreement ("the agreement") between you ("user") and 'Anytist ekonomisk förening', ("Anytist"). If the terms of the agreement are violated or invalidated, your permission to use the website and services terminates.
Jurisdiction
Anytist and the Anytist website ("the website") is located in Sweden. This agreement and all your activities at the website are governed by Swedish law. Legal disputes are to be decided upon at "Stockholms tingsrätt" in Sweden as first authority. If your local law does not allow Sweden to be jurisdiction for your activities here, even by agreement, Anytist gives you no rights to use the website or our services.
Duties of Anytist
Anytist gives you a terminable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to read and write user-contributed materials on the bulletin board system at the 'Anytist Community' part of the Anytist website.
Duties of user
You agree to not use the website, or any of Anytist's services for any purpose that is prohibited by this agreement or is unlawful by Swedish law.
You give Anytist the following rights to any material contributed by you:
- To publish the material on the website.
- To edit or remove the material.
- To block you from contributing further material during a finite time or indefinitely.
You must have authority to delegate these rights for any material you contribute.
You give Anytist the right to computer store and process all information that you enter in our forms or is inherently available as a part of your communication with the Anytist website (e.g. your Internet "IP" address).
Further terms
Anytist acts only as a distributor of user-contributed material, and does not accept liability for such content to the extent allowed by law. The legal responsibility for user contributed material is solely with the user that contributes the material.
