Anytist Discover Music terms of service, version 2006-06-21

This text is an agreement ("the agreement") between you ("user") and 'Anytist ekonomisk förening', ("Anytist") which regulates the service sold as "Anytist Code". If the terms of the agreement are violated or invalidated, your permission to use the website and services terminates, and Anytist may refuse to sell you renewed service.

Jurisdiction

Anytist and the Anytist website ("the website") is located in Sweden. This agreement and your activities at the website are governed by Swedish law. Legal disputes are to be decided upon at "Stockholms tingsrätt" in Sweden as first authority. If your local law does not allow Sweden to be jurisdiction for your activities here, even by agreement, Anytist gives you no rights to use the website or our services.

Duties of Anytist

When you buy an "Anytist Code", you buy a terminable, non-exclusive, non-refundable service ("the service") which allows you to download a set number of songs (specified at the time of the purchase) from the Anytist website.

The service will be available to you continuously for at least one year from the purchase date, barring reasonable downtime due to maintenance.

Duties of User

You agree to pay the requested amount of money by specified means to Anytist for the Anytist Code, and make no attempts to escape this payment (e.g. by credit card payment reversal).

You agree to not use the website, or any of our services for any purpose that is prohibited by this agreement or is unlawful by Swedish law.

You give Anytist the right to computer store and process information sent by you to the Anytist website, as well as information relating to you inherent in computer communication (e.g. your Internet "IP" address).

You agree that in no event should you hold Anytist liable for more money than you originally paid for the service.

Further terms of the agreement

Anytist acts only as a distributor of user-contributed material, and does not accept liability for such content to the extent allowed by law. The legal responsibility for user contributed material is solely with the user that contributes the material.

Downloaded files are intended for personal use. No redistribution rights of downloaded content are given to the user (Unless otherwise specified on the website in relation to the content). The user's rights to the downloaded material are regulated by international copyright law.

As required by the Swedish law "Distansavtalslagen", you may return an unused Anytist Code within 14 days of purchase. Contact Anytist to realize this return. However, if one or more songs have been downloaded as part of the service, the Anytist Code is considered "used" in the sense of that law, and a return is not accepted.

Sharing access to the service with a third party

Your rights by this agreement may be shared with a third party only if that third party is able to enter this agreement, and agrees to be bound by it.

The transfer is facilitated by you sharing the Anytist Code with the third party. However, such sharing grants that third party full rights to consume the service.
